Licensing a song from any of our Dulaneyland Music songwriters is non-refundable and non-transferable. Unless otherwise specifically noted, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive license to make and to distribute digital phono records deliveries (as defined in section 115 of the Copyright Act ("DPDs") of the copyrighted licensed songs the number stipulated per the license and does not convey or grant any equity therein.
